As we aren't using the installer the default language isn't being installed as English so the help files will default to German. Make sure to only delete the duplicates and not the neutral files, those files that are for both 'DE' and 'EN', there will only be one file of a given name when neutral. 'DE' users will want to remove all '_1' files when using 'auto rename'. If 'DE' is what you're after use 'auto rename', this will rename all the 'EN' files, adding '_1' to the name.

Don't make it harder than need be, using 7-Zip v9.20 works very good on this installer, just use the correct 'rename' function before extraction - this is what works pretty good to date.
